Holly is a compassionate and skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in working with children, parents, and young adults. With a strong foundation in evidence-based treatment models like Collaborative Problem Solving (CPS) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), she is dedicated to helping clients navigate life’s challenges with empathy, trust, and empowerment.

Holly’s approach to therapy is built on the principles of safety, collaboration, and client choice, creating a supportive space where clients feel heard, respected, and valued. Her approach is centered around helping clients build a strong therapeutic relationship.
Collaborative Problem Solving (CPS): A strength-based, problem-solving method designed to help children, parents, and young adults manage difficult behaviors and learn to cope with challenges together in a supportive, non-punitive way.
Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT): A proven therapeutic model used to help children and young adults process and heal from trauma while improving their emotional and behavioral responses.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): For both children and young adults, CBT helps individuals identify and challenge negative thought patterns, develop healthier coping strategies, and improve emotional regulation. CBT is an evidence-based approach that can be especially effective in addressing anxiety, depression, and stress-related disorders.

Holly is a founding clinician at Restore Therapy. She received her B.A. is psychology from the University of Colorado and her Masters of Social Work with an emphasis in trauma and family therapy from the University of Denver. She has experience working with children of all ages, parents, and young adults. Holly likes collaborating with other medical professionals to provide integrative and holistic treatment. Holly has focused on working with clients in home-based therapy, at schools, in outpatient settings, and within a children's developmental clinic.
In her free time, Holly enjoys spending time with her husband and twin girls. She loves playing sports, and soaking up as much sun as she can in the beautiful Pacific Northwest.
