Ashley Huddleston, LCSW is a dedicated therapist with expertise in early childhood development, trauma, and family dynamics. She specializes in helping children, parents, and families navigate emotional challenges, improve communication, and build secure, nurturing relationships. As a certified Infant-Family and Early Childhood Mental Health Specialist, Ashley is trained in addressing early childhood trauma and family trauma, working with children from birth through adolescence to promote emotional resilience and security.
In addition to her work with children, Ashley also specializes in treating adults with trauma and complex PTSD. Using evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma processing, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), she helps adult clients heal from both childhood and adult trauma, improving their emotional well-being and coping skills.

Professional Background:
Ashley is a founding clinician at Restore Therapy. She received her Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from the University of California, Berkeley. She is a certified Infant-Family and Early Childhood Mental Health Specialist. She has worked in various clinical settings, including outpatient mental health, crisis intervention, and child welfare, giving her a diverse skill set to treat both child and adult trauma.
In addition to my therapy practice, I am a dedicated supervisor, trainer, and consultant.
