Ruth Exley, LCSW

Ruth Exley is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Owner of Restore Therapy. Ruth enjoys learning collaboratively with her clients and creating a secure space where they can speak unfiltered. Ruth cares deeply about her client’s success and is dedicated to creating an accessible clinic centered around best practices and collaboration with primary care.

Ruth earned her B.A. in Social Work and Spanish from the University of Portland. She played Div. 1 Soccer and won a National Championship. Ruth completed her Masters of Science in Social Work in Advanced Clinical Practice with Children and Families at Columbia University. Ruth holds national certification as a TF-CBT therapist and has collaborated in research projects related to training and disseminating TF-CBT.

Ruth’s career has focused on providing clinical services to children and families in both inpatient and outpatient settings in children's hospitals, medical clinics and child advocacy centers.

When she’s not in the office, you can find her hanging out with her family, snowboarding on Mt. Hood or at a Thorns game.
