Perinatal Mental Health
Therapy for perinatal grief and loss provides a safe, supportive space for women to process the deep emotional pain and trauma that comes with miscarriage, stillbirth, or infertility. Through compassionate, trauma-informed care, therapy helps women navigate their grief, heal at their own pace, and find a path toward emotional resilience and hope.
-
Internal Family Systems Therapy
Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy helps individuals explore and heal different parts of themselves, understanding how these internal "parts" influence emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. By fostering self-compassion and integrating these parts, IFS empowers people to create lasting change, improve emotional balance, and develop healthier ways of responding to life’s challenges.
-
Cognitive Behavior Therapy
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) helps adults identify and challenge negative thought patterns and beliefs that contribute to emotional distress and unhelpful behaviors. By learning to reframe these thoughts and adopt healthier coping strategies, CBT empowers individuals to make practical, lasting changes in how they think, feel, and act.

Prologued Grief Treatment
Prolonged Grief Treatment (PGT) can help you navigate the complex emotions of loss, like feeling “stuck” in your grief after 6 months. PGT is designed for those whose grief persists and interferes with daily life, offering a structured process to help you integrate your grief and reconnect with the world.
