Telehealth FAQ
What do I need to do to prepare for Telehealth?
- At the time of your appointment, please be in a location free from distractions that is private and as quiet as possible.
- Enter your provider's Zoom link in your browser. You will receive your provider's personal meeting room code in your appointment confirmation upon booking as well as in a reminder email one day before the meeting and a text one hour prior to your meeting.

Yes. Your provider needs 24 hours notice by phone or email, on a business day, to cancel or reschedule all appointments.
Will my insurance cover Telehealth?
All insurance that Restore accepts covers Telehealth. If you pay privately, this will still apply.
How long will we need to do Telehealth?
We are monitoring the situation with COVID-19 on a daily basis. We desire to resume care in person as soon as it is safe.
